Prices
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping and taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. The taxes will be listed in your shopping cart. Applicable taxes will be added, based on your location.

Processing Time
If placed before 4:00 pm. estearn time, orders will be processed the same day. If placed after 4:00 pm. estearn time, your order will be processed the following business day. The total processing time (not including shipping) is 1-2 business days.
Shipping
We strive to provide you with an excellent service and a great turn around for shipping. All orders will be processed in a timely fashion and will be processed as soon as your order and payment is confirmed.
If you are located in Montreal, you can save on the shipping cost by selecting the Local Pick Up Shipping Option and COD-Montreal (Cash On Delivery) Payment Option at check out. Send us your oder and call us or email us to arrange for in person pickup, it is that simple!

- COD (Cash on Delivery). Available to Montrealers for In person pickup.
- PAYPAL Invoice (Don't have a PAYPAL account? no worries, no PAYPAL account needed, you will only need to follow the instructions in the email PAYPAL will send you).
How does it work? Select the PAYPAL Invoice payment option at checkout and we will be sending you a PAYPAL invoice via email. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your goodies!
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products, refunds will only be granted on products that are proven to be damaged or destroyed during shipping. Simply write 'return to sender' on the box and send it back. A new one will be sent to replace it. There are no other returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure of your selection, contact us or try our samples. You always have the option of sending in a picture of your hair if you would like additional assistance with product selection.
Retail Store
We apologize, we currently do not have any retail store, but we are working towards it and working towards providing you more amazing and high quality products to choose from at competitive prices.
