Shipping

We strive to provide you with an excellent service and a great turn around for shipping. All orders will be processed in a timely fashion and will be processed as soon as your order and payment is confirmed. We will endeavor to ship orders within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days, Monday through Friday) from your order date. Please expect a minimum of 3 business days for us to process orders during sales or promotions.

Love Thy HnS, does not ship orders during holidays;therefore, please be mindful of Canadian holidays as well as Quebec Holidays (Love Thy HnS's head office is in the province of Quebec). 

At this time, Love Thy HnS ships merchandise to locations within Canada and the US Only, but more to come!. Should you reside outside of the US & Canada and wish to receive our products please send your inquiry to info@lovethyhns.ca with your address and items that you would like to purchase (including quantity). We will be sure to send you a shipping quote.

Our shipping carrier of choice at this time is Canada Post (Poste Canada). We ship fast via Expedited Shipping! with tracking number.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if the tracking confirmation email is not showing in your main inbox within the appropriate turn-around time frame.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: Love Thy HnS is *NOT* responsible for missing packages if our delivery confirmation does confirm that your package was delivered. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for package being returned to us as a result of an incorrect shipping address being sent to us. Please make sure that you double check your shipping address.

If you are located in Montreal or its surrounding areas, you can save on the shipping cost by selecting the Local Pick Up in Repentigny as your Shipping Option, and the COD (Cash On Delivery) Payment Option at check out. Send us your order and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange for in person pickup, it is that simple!

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the order will be refunded for the order amount minus the shipping cost charged by Canada Post for the returned package. If the customer would like us to reship the order, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. Love Thy HnS is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, and no refunds will be given in this case.  

Duties (packages being shipped outside of Canada)

Duties and taxes are not included in your order total. As all orders are currently shipped from Canada, you may be subject to additional import fees upon receipt.

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches their destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping Packaging

As a small company, we make a continuing effort to enforce a zero waste policy via the recycling of packaging material. This includes boxes, marketing material, and void fill material. We use recycled boxes, and paper at all times, and reuse everything from boxes, to void fill material, and use biodegradable peanuts whenever possible.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, refunds will only be granted on products that are proven to be damaged or destroyed during shipping; however, if you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will be very happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 5 business days from the day you receive your package and we will resolve the issue ASAP!

There are no other returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure of your selection, please contact us  to book a consultation or please fill out the free consultation form on our website. You always have the option of sending in a picture of your hair or book a hair consultation with us if you would like additional assistance with product selection. We will be more than happy to help you!
